This website is owned and operated by Dr Erika McLean and Chicks Gambit LLC via the Wix platform. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors access to online meetings as well as pages of information to prepare students for residency. What is written on this site and communicated via online meetings is my opinion only.  By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are dissatisfied with this course, you must request your refund within the first thirty minutes of the first online session/meeting, timed according to the clock visible on the meeting screen. After thirty minutes has passed you have forfeited your right to any refund.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Dr Erika McLean and Chicks Gambit LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, email address and medical school. We do not share that information with any third parties.  When buying this course, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including inappropriate behavior and/or language, or if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
